Organisers of SomaSpaceCI, Harriet Roberts and David Basak, have collaborated to curate successful and expansive events dedicated to Contact Improvisation in the South West of England. Both long-standing practitioners and space-holders of the form, they are interested in bringing together the contact community in the UK, strengthening people's research, learning, and joy experienced through the practice. Their complementary skills infuse their events with teamwork, attention to detail, and celebration. They currently work together to create the 'Winter Warmer Festival 2024' (Nov 28th-Dec 2nd), Jam Weekends, and 'The Soma Tent', hosted at different festivals.
